Price Includes
- All of these sizes includes 6-7 hours of on-site and live at your event.
- Includes up to 4 detailed subjects other than the couple. Faceless or back of head subjects are also included. Additional Detailed subjects are available at an extra cost.
- Highest quality materials guaranteed to last a lifetime +
- additional 7 hours of adding details and finishing the piece in my home studio. I will then contact you for shipping details and send your painting to you! Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion and the painting will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Traveling Expenses
- Painting prices does not include travel costs.
- Anywhere within an hour drive of Sherrills Ford, NC is no additional cost.
- 2-5 hours drive outside of Sherrills Ford, NC I would need to be compensated for gas and hotel room.
- Anywhere 5 hours or more outside of Sherrills Ford, NC I would need to be compensated for a flight, hotel room and any additional transformation.
- I will book any flights or accommodations myself and send these charges along with the remainder of the package price a month prior to the event.
- You can contact me for a quote on travel fees for your event.
- I am willing to travel anywhere in the world!
Before the Special day
-We will talk about the details of your event. I would want to know which part of your wedding you would like painted, and how many guests you would like included in the piece. Paintings could be of the ceremony, the first dance, the first kiss, or anything else you had in mind. I would need a space to set up an easel, table, stool, and other supplies at the venue so keep that in mind while planning your day.
I will also send a contract to be signed and ask for a 50% deposit of total cost to ensure your date.
Day of Event
- I would go to the venue 4 hours before to set up and then to the ceremony to grab some photos of the moment if you wanted to be there.
- After I've snapped a photo I can start the painting and be painting during the reception!
During Event
-At the event, I will paint in real-time. I will use a photo of the couple and what I see to create the perfect painting. I will paint while also speaking with your guests and answering questions.
- I'll be taking photos and videos before and throughout the event to make sure I have references to look at while working on the painting.
- I'll continue to paint throughout the event.
- If guests are moved to a different location (ex. from ceremony space to a different reception space) I'll move too, so your guests can continue to watch the painting unfold.
After Event
- After painting at the event for 6-7 hours, I will take home the piece to perfect it and add finishing touches. I will then contact you for shipping details and send your painting to you! Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion and the painting will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
